So I just learned how to use the pen tool in illustrator pretty well. I drew the birds out on paper using a reference ([link]), scanned them in, and then traced over them using the pen tool in illustrator. I then put the three birds into photoshop and cleaned them up a bit. It took me forever... since I kinda just learned what I'm doing. But I love it! So it all worked out. I plan to make this into a poster, so that's going to be pretty cool too. :]

A 36 x 24. I have a free coupon to print anything I want at that size. So I'm pretty excited. It was hard though because you can't blow pictures up to be that size, you have to make them at that size. And obviously, I don't make any pictures at that size.

Well it should be pretty easy to enlarge the image in illustrator or photoshop eh?
So you're just going to hang your poster on your wall then. Thats going to be awesome.

If you enlarge a picture too much, it losses it's quality and becomes all pixelated.So I had to make the picture at the size I wanted it, so it kinda sucked.

Well I'm sure your camera can do that. Anything over 4 megapixels should be able to be blown up pretty well without distorting it.
